TC question

I'm not sure if this is posted anywhere. I went through the first 5 or 6 pages and I did not find what I am looking for.

 

My question is

 

If you order tickets through ticketmaster and use your tc, so you're buying them through team celine, do you need to show your card and does your membership need to be vaild?

Your TeamCeline membership doesn't have to be valid on the concert day but you need to show your TeamCeline membership card (or a printout of the your TC profile website) and of course you need the other necessery documents like the credit card you paid for the ticket with, your pictured ID and printout of the order confirmation e-mail you got from TeamCeline/MusicToday.

If U have got your tickets in hand, you haven't bring your membership card. If you buy tickets from Team Celine, so if you have to bring them on the concert's date (will call order) you have to bring everything

(Paris tickets are a good example. People bought with TeamCeline code.)

So if you use your code, but you have the tickets now you can't bring, but if you are a 'Will Call" order, you must.
