It comes from what the president say when he gave the Legion d'honneur to Celine, he said that he heard she was searching for a house in Neilly and that she will be happy there (He was the mayor from 1983 to 2002) Pretty cool! Yeah I could dream of a house filled with stuff from her career like a mini museum so we can all visitand on 1 floor Celine would reside in to greet the tourists when they come and the bodyguards stay in the room next to her whenever tourists visit. Tight security would guard the rest of the place and it would be for a few hours a few days per week.
