Celine and Rene celebrate Celine's 30th birthday in Montreal. Does anyone have better picture of her in this dress? Most of the 30th birthday photos are of them all dressed up in their costumes, but she looks great here!

It might be from the first legs of the TC tour. Her hair is very blond. If I remember correctly her hair was that blond at the beginning of the tour.
