I think Céline dishes out her fair share of hijinks on stage and backstage. Wouldn't be surprised if this was 'payback' for something she did first let's just hope she didn't moon someone.

It is from Chicago. There is a huge version in the Gerhard tourbook. At the bottem of the page it says that the temperature was -15 degrees celsius. I also remember reading in some people's reviews that she had a cold around that time.

 

If you don't have the tourbook yet, you should really get it. There are some amazing pictures in there.

Before the tour officially started, in early 1998 Céline Dion gave 4 concerts for the Chinese New Year in Melbourne, Australia (January 31 and February 1) and Hawaii, United States (February 4-5). The set list was similar to the one performed during the Falling into You Tour but included also "The Reason" and "My Heart Will Go On" from Let's Talk About Love.

It looks similar to the FIY tour stage, but it's not the same, and the FIY tour ended in mid-2007 and her hair wasn't like that then.
