I only know of 2 shows where she wore this silver ballgown. One of them was Amsterdam (where she wore a silver jacket on top of it) and the other was an end stage show in Atlantic City - so she must have wore it at one other show at least, since that photo seems to show the platform and ship railings from the heart stage. I suppose it makes sense that it was the New Orleans show, since that is where the world famous Mardi Gras is held, like you mentioned. But who knows! It can only be one of 10 shows because Celine had her hair straightened for the Oscars on March 21st 1999 where she sang The Prayer (her hair was curly on the tour before this) and her first show after this date was in Minneapolis on the 25th. And Celine's final show was the New Orleans show before she postponed the tour to be with Rene, so it has to be somewhere between March 25th and April 12th. I think we have a bootleg of the New Orleans show though, did anyone hear her talk about being given beads? I'll have to re-listen. Quote
