My guess is that's when she hired a trainer before A New Day. They had said she'd had a very rigorous trainer then and that may have been one reason for the physical problems she had at the beginning of that show (a hernia, i think? and she had to stop flying because of it).

That's the idea. It's a photoshoot for a make up artist's book. He wanted to show how he could change celebrities physiognomy.

Anyway, only the first one is real. The second and third one is montages...
