I arrived in Las Vegas the day after this happened, and heard the story from the staff at the Celine Boutique.

When: Friday July 6th, 2012, approx 10:30pm

Where: Celine Boutique and the outside surrounding area

Why: Celine went to the boutique for some private shopping time and closed down the store. In turn, the boutique staff were invited to be there for a little private gathering. Gary (a boutique staff that I've been friends with for over a year now, and who's a very very nice man) said that Celine likes to purchase her own products as a keepsake/memory for her own private collection. Basically, whatever she has in her store and whatever new items that get added... she'll buy it There was an official photographer following them around and the staff got to take photos with their boss as well. I got a chance to speak with other boutique staff and they were just in awe and giddy over the whole experience! Lol

Since she made her way from the Colosseum to the boutique, she took some time to greet people/fans - hence some lucky people were able to take photos with her

It is a shame that I missed out on all the fun by 1 day! :doh:

She was real nice to stop and let them get photos with her. Interesting that she buys her own stuff to collect :wub:

O-M-G :jawdrop: :eek: I just can't believe what I'm reading, does that mean she also collects EVERY CD single edition that it has ever been released from her albums??? It's also the music or only the merchandise about her? I would lurve to know, because I can't imagine her collecting her own albums/singles/vinyls from every country and edition like many fans here! :jawdrop:

It's really odd that he told you that story... he told me a completely different story. I am also good friends with him, he has shared countless stories about Celine with me and I asked him about that July 6th boutique visit and he said Celine was picking items for charity. He said she donates clothes to underprivileged children who cannot afford clothes. According to Gary she was donating clothes and other various items.... not buying stuff for herself.

I've been meaning to bring this up for a long time now, but I wasn't sure how to bring it up, but now with this convo it seems fitting.....

His stories are ALWAYS very different. I've known Gary for years now..... and he tends to lie. He likes to tell all the stories and accounts he has had with Celine and every time I hear about them they are different. And he's really weird about her sometimes too... like one second he will be all into it like he's a fan, and the next he will act like he doesn't like her. I've heard him saying before she hates doing autographs, and every time she does, its a "session" and she's paid to do it! (Really? Every time she sits outside her hotel signing autographs for hours she is "paid" to do that? By who the hotel? Yeah right....) Of course I know that's not true but it was really hurtful to hear him saying these awful things about her, she is a wonderful person who signs autographs for her fans because she loves them, not because she is being "paid" :angry2:

I know someone who was having a conversation with him about Celine, he knew she had just met her the day before and he was acting weird about it. All the sudden he blew up at her! Swearing and yelling at her "You think you know more about Celine than me?! F**k you! Not another f**kin work out of you!" He's behavior is scary! He needs to be fired!

He's also claimed he's had dinner with Celine and Rene, it was like a steak dinner or something to that extent.... Then when asked about it later he talked it down saying "oh I just passed by and she was eating with a friend at some restaurant and invited me to sit with her for a few minutes, I didn't eat with her", and NO Rene this time.... :sly:

He's also claimed Celine started a show 45 minutes late during A New Day because she was talking to him backstage. She talked to him for 45 minutes and left 4,000+ people sitting in there waiting for a show.... Uh yeah... okay... :glare:

I have heard so many "stories" over the years from him, and EVERY time his stories are different.

Bottom line, there is a reason why your stories are both completely different. Don't trust this dude, you can't believe anything he says.... Just wanted to warn all of you.

As for the other store workers I know that there is a lot of new ones so I'm not sure about them and their story telling yet.....

OMG I totally agree with you! He is verrrrrry weird! He told me he bought a new corvette and took it to Celine's house to show it off. LOL!

About his attitude: He has never reacted badly to me (thank goodness), luckily he has only said good stuff about Celine to me. He said she "takes care" of all the boutique employees.... implying that she gives them extra money... and that he worked as a liason for her family. (what the heck does he mean)?

Oh and he says he always goes to Celines house. haha i doubt it.

Oh my gosh yeah he has told me that same corvette story before! And I highly doubt that he goes to her house all of the time too. About the liason thing I have no idea what that could mean... Personally (and this may sound crude but I feel like I should say something anyway) I think he has a fantasy about being more apart of her life than he really is, he's quite disturbing in more way then one if you know what I mean. First of all, I've been going to the Colosseum since Cher was there and I know some Cher fans that had similar experiences. One girl even said that he asked her to meet him off Caesar's property for a "photo shoot" for one of his "albums" that he works on, and after they had this "meeting" her behavior completely changed and she wouldn't speak about it again... :huh: I have no idea why.

AND before he went off on my other friend she told me that he acted almost jealous of Rene when he spoke about him and said that he doesn't care for him at all/ started inferring rude things about him. THEN the worst of all happened, he said something sexually derogatory about Celine (that I'd rather not repeat on here) and she got up in arms and started defending her again and that's when he started getting crazy. :blink: Trust me, I could go on and on.

And I know that you guys don't know these friends of mine but I'm here to tell you that they are NOT the lying type and quite frankly would get nothing out of lying about him, they simply had very bad/odd experiences with him and told me about them and I just feel like I should pass it on to all of my fellow Celine fans so that the same doesn't happen to you.

I believe every word you said! I got the a creepy feeling from him too. He kept complimenting me and gave me a very uncomfortable feeling. I wouldn't be suprised if he is a serial killer/rapist!!
