Según celinedion.com, Celine se presentará en Italia dos días después de haber finalizado su porción de la gira "Taking Chances" en Francia, y cantará "The Prayer" junto con Andrea Bocelli en una conferencia para la paz en Roma, delante de 140 invitados especiales de los campos de la política, diplomacia, finanzas, religión, cultura, etc.

Bueno... es fuente confiable, así que así será seguramente. Me da gusto que a pesar de todo el trabajo que tiene, giras y demás, Céline siempre se da tiempo para asistir e unirse a eventos humanitarios... por eso y muchas cosas más... la adoro!! :wub:

Es buena la canción, pero no creo que encaje en el concierto -_- ... así que yo opino que no la incluya, a menos que sea en los conciertos de noviembre/diciembre o algo así... por ahí de esas fechas. :P

Yo creo que encaja mejor que 'I'm Your Angel',esta podrían reemplazarla por The Prayer durante toda la gira.

I'm Your Angel también es de Navidad,o al menos está grabada en un álbum de Navidad,y sin embargo la canta ahora. :ermm:

Pues sí... tal vez quedaría mejor que I'm your Angel, pero... yo kitaba las dos y no pondría ninguna :P ... si de poner alguna se trata, yo pondría On S'Est Aimé À Cause o tal vez... Rien N'Est Vraiment Fini :wub:

Ahí sí,concuerdo contigo,sobre todo en Rien N'est Vraiment Fini... :in_love:

Pero lo más lógico es que la cambiara por otra en inglés,bueno de hecho en realidad ahora que me acuerdo René dijo que BATB y The Prayer iban a formar parte del setlist cuando la gira pasaba por Dubai si no recuerdo mal... :hmm:

Celine and Andrea Bocelli To Perform In Rome, Italy!

Celine is scheduled to perform "The Prayer" with Andrea Bocelli on May 29 for 140 special guests from the fields of diplomacy, politics, religion, culture, finance as part of an upcoming peace conference in Rome, Italy. The event will aim to establish the Ara Pacis Initiative including its three pillars: the Auditorium of Understanding, Forgiveness and Reconciliation; the Project Forum; and the Economic Plan for Peace. Celine has performed "The Prayer" with Andrea Bocelli at several special events in the past including her 1998 CBS television special, the 1999 Grammy Awards and the 1999 Academy Awards.

 

Al parecer el tenor italiano cantará The Prayer junto a Céline en una ceremonia un tanto privada y de aforo limitado durante su visita a Italia, pero...

 

Hace unas horas, esta noticia ha sido borrada de la sección: What's going On de la página oficial.. ¿qué habrá pasado? :ermm:

Celine and Andrea Bocelli's Performance Cancelled

The organizers of the Ara Pacis peace conference in Rome, Italy have advised that due to reasons beyond their control, the event will be postponed. Therefore, Celine's scheduled May 29 performance with Andrea Bocelli has been cancelled. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

 

 

 

Cancelada la actuación y postpuesto el acto por motivos más allá de su alcance. -_- -_- -_-

 

 

Ya no nos podemos fiar ni de celinedion.com ... :rolleyes:

Acabo de ver en el sitio oficial lo de la cancelación, vi que Tony está atentisimo y ha puesto la nota......

 

Que raro que se haya cancelado, sobre todo porque no dicen el porque.... :shrug:

No creo que sea por Céline, aunque kién sabe... con eso de la gira... pero bueno, al menos celinedion.com se toma la molestia de informarnos, así que seguiré fiándome de celinedion.com :P

 

Y pues, ya se lo pierde Andrea... jajajaja... yo seguiré viendo el DVD del especial de Navidad que viene en la ed que sacaron de TAST :in_love:
