I just saw Céline in Shownieuws... She was meeting a couple, of which the husband only has a little time to live, and their daughter. It was before one of the Sportpaleis concerts.

 

the presentor said that this clip was part of a longer interview, which will be aired in Hart in Aktie (Heart in Action) to be aired in September. He also said that Céline didn't have any contact with any other television program, but she wanted to make an exception for this show... it was very touching! :cry:

 

at 23.30 there's a late edition of Shownieuws, it might be shown again.

I found this video by accident and they say that in september the full episode will be broadcasted...this is only a preview. The guy was very ill and he got the chance to meet Celine and do an interview with her and other things! It's a very sad clip! I cannot wait to see the full special :clap:

Ruud suffers of a terminal form of pancreas cancer. His daughter Jacqueline writes a need cry to Natasja, because Ruud and his family have experienced a lot of suffering. Thirteen year ago Ruud’s wife sudden passed away and stood Ruud alone for the raising of his three daughters.

 

A few year later he met Gerda, and found in her a new love with who he got married. Their luck cruelly was disturbed when it appeared that Gerda had intestine cancer. After a long fight she is now cured. A half year ago however by Ruud cancer was discovered, in a far stage so that treatment no longer is possible .

 

Jacqueline has Natasja written because Gerda and Ruud are totally fan of the music of Celine Dion. Her music is a guide in their life, Celine Dion’s songs are a large support. Natasja takes they with to Antwerp, where Celine Dion that evening performs and where they may experience somewhat quite unique : the soundcheck. But Natasja has a lot more in store…
