I don't think she should ever do one for the sake of it being a movie soundtrack, but if the song was amazing then of course she should go for it!

 

Like "There You'll Be" from Pearl Harbour, that was offered to Celine first and I think she turned it down because of the stigma left from MHWGO (positive from us but not so much from others!). This was a big mistake as it did really well for Faith Hill even though Celine would have done so much better!

I Don't think Celine and Harry Potter will go so well togither...Don't know why...I gess because I got used to the fact that Harry Potter's movie are alla clasic music.

 

I think that Celine could do an AMAZING work with There you'll be... too bad she turned it off, But to be honecet, I don't think it could beet MHWGO....Maybe just if Celine will do a cover of this song .

I don't think she would really suit Harry Potter or Narnia. If we're talking classic Celine, would have to be a love theme , appropriately chosen for a big blockbuster not just a B-Grade movie. Stigma or no stigma about MHWGO; biggest success of her career I'm sure there's never been a day when she says "Gee Rene, I really wished I'd never done that hugely successful Titanic theme song" lol silly non-Celine fans don't know what they're missing out on, she's awesome #1

I really like Harry Potter and I think that it'll be nice if she sings a theme song for Harry Potter. As we all know, Celine is capable of pulling off any song. A good song is a good song. It doesn't have to be love-themed to be good I think that it's great that she did the Titanic song. It's now a classic:) I think that it's the people's fault for overplaying it and making it popular and now they blame Celine Not thinking about the hype and the parodies and the overplaying, My Heart Will Go On is a great and beautiful song that really complemented Celine and the movie.

 

Isn't the reason why she didn't do the Faith Hill song was because she was going to take her break? I've seen David Foster on an interview and he mentioned that she declined doing the song because she was about to take her hiatus. I've also heard/read that she was about to take her break after the Falling Into You 'success' but the opportunity to record with Barbra, the Bee Gees, Luciano etc.. came and they decided to record another album(Let's Talk About Love) and postpone the hiatus that Celine wanted. Phew! I'm glad they postponed that break during that time or the album Let's Talk About Love wouldn't have existed!!
