Quick question about a tour outfit

I didn't know where to ask this so sorry if it's in the wrong place. I wasn't really into the TC tour when it first started so I wasn't really sure about this. I was looking at the setlist from the Feb 16-17 shows and I was wondering

 

under the fourth act it says this: short white outfit with black hat

 

Is it this outfit?
