传闻 Celine 将在巡演结束后休息一年，希望能再生一个孩子。然后在 2009 或 2010 年重返 Vegas。这传言已经由 Rene 亲口证实了。那时候正好 Elton John 和 Bette Midler 的合约也快到期了。

 

CELINE RETURNS HOME TO CAESARS EXCLUSIVE & STARTLING FIRST RUMBLINGS

 

Canadian songbird Celine Dion headlined and broke box-office records during five amazing years at Caesars Palace and now she’s coming home to the Strip again!

 

Just three months ago in February she began a yearlong world tour, which is also setting records attracting giant crowds. In fact her recent two nights in Sydney, Australia has just been certified as the top live grossing event in the world by Billboard!

 

I’ve gotten the first rumblings on my gossip grapevine that she will return to Caesars Palace sometime at the end of 2009 or early 2010. The talks about a specific date and length of the new engagement run have just begun! Not if, but when it all comes together, it fulfils a vow that husband manager, Rene Angelil made to me at her then final Caesars performance.

Here’s what I wrote that weekend: ‘But even before leaving the theater at 1:20 a.m. yesterday (SUN) Rene promised me: “We will be back. She will perform again in Vegas. We’re definitely going to take off for a year after the upcoming world tour. I’ve made the promise to her we’ll try for a new baby. And then we’ll return to Vegas to perform again. Yes, maybe 2009 or 2010!” Caesars Palace president, Gary Selesner commented: “We will always keep an empty room ready for her to return whenever she wishes. They are always welcome here, they are an important part of our family now and will be forever.”

 

The new plan now firming up is that she will finish her current “Taking Chances” world tour as planned on Jan. 30 in Florida and then she’ll take a year-long rest between her homes in Lake Las Vegas, Florida and Montreal and maybe hopefully have a new baby to fulfill one last remaining dream. She’s just celebrated her 40th birthday and so her biological clock is ticking just a little faster these days. This week after a brief break following her April 13 Malaysian concert in Kuala Lumpur she starts up again in England with two-back-to-back concerts on Saturday and Sunday in Manchester.

 

I’m told the talks with Rene are underway as Caesars and its partner AEG/ Concerts West want to have it all in place when Sir Elton John ends his run and as Bette Midler gets closer to the end of hers. 而且到时候就是两个孩子了，一个嗷嗷待哺，另一个小查也还不到十岁

去前先来北京演唱完在继续在LV驻唱，到时有钱了可以去LV常看CELINE的演出。（不过只要CELINE不要太劳累就好，身体最重要 ）

我觉得不用一星期5场这么高频度了。。。

vegas的确是个赚钱的好地方，celine在vegas的家也很舒适，适合边带孩子边赚钱。希望celine休息休息养好后再出来。

rene和celine也是长远打算，老板说过，眼光要放长远~~~

其实回LV是个很精明的计划，rene是个精明的经纪人，celine已经将家庭放在第一位了，再说到时候2个孩子了，las vegas的reason我觉得有以下几点：

1。之前唱了5年很成功，已经建立了无人可替代和超越的表演形式，再继续表演，更让全世界喜欢她的人会再一次去LV欣赏

2。肯定会有新的舞台，布景，和演唱曲目，肯定和A New Day不一样的，说不定会变成音乐剧之类，加入表演

3。小查要上完小学，读初中了，另一个孩子也要养育，去驻唱就像每天上下班一样稳定，准时。对于现在有家庭的celine来说比较适合，她现在心态都不一样了，唱歌是工作，是生活的一部分，家庭最重要

4。再驻唱，也会有其他很多事情可以做啊，继续推出celine dion牌系列香水，说不定以后推出celine dion品牌的服装呢！！

 

总之celine rene这样安排是合理的，有原因的，我们做为歌迷要理解她，支持她就好，只要她能做她想做的事，并有时间做，不要像my love录制MV里说的那样。

驻唱未尝不是一个好选择。

减少场次倒是必要的。

 

说嗓子大不如前。。。

其实说真的，，，年龄上去了。。。这确实是没有办法的事情。
