I just love that little Aussie Delta Goodrem wrote a Celine song :wub:

It's fantastic and I hope she continues to write for her as Eyes On Me is fantastic and a hit with the fans

My Mama got presale tickets, so we're going to the Feb. 3rd show in Sydney. And if we move...we'll just have to travel back lol. I should be happy, but I feel like I'm really just sulking about it... because I'd rather see Celine again. It feels wrong somehow.

Wow, that US release is pretty late... But how is this album doing there??

I ordered it from Australia right after it came on sale in October and I loooooove it!!! :wub2: :wub2: Guess it's my fave Delta's album... Or is it still "Innocent Eyes"....?

I love Delta since I've heard her for the first time back than in 2003 and bought her 1st album. I'm still waiting for her to come to Europe... It's one of my biggest dream to go to her concert but I can't afford to go to Australia... But if this desire gets more and more strong... Maybe one day I'll travel to Australia just because...

I may say Delta is my 2nd fave female singer after Céline! She's soooo amazing!!

Ach, and I'm on her forum too with the same nickname as here but I'm hardly posting there. I try to read though to stay up to date.

Delta, please, come to Europe!!! Or better say: come to Germany!!!! I'm waiting already 5 years for you....

Ah well, I've been waiting 15 years to see Céline so I can wait for Delta too, hehe! But would be awesome to make this wait not much longer!!! :wub:

I can imagine she's really nice, genuine and humble person! That's why she also appeals to me but of course first in line is her amazing VOICE!!! :D

now here in NZ in warehouse the cd is in special.. lol cause it didn't sell that well... (if anyone want it let me know lol.. it's australian version though)

Aww don't envy me, you got to meet Celine (right?) that's even more amazing! Of course I love Delta too, though. I've met her 4 times and seen her in concert twice.

She really is a very nice person- she always makes time for her fans and gives her attention to each individual. At her most recent instore, she started the meet and greet and signing at 5pm, she was supposed to finish at 9pm when the mall closed, but she stayed until 1am and made sure everyone had some time with her.

Pics....ok...but you must remember that a) Most these pics were taken after standing in the heat or freezing cold for many hours, and even my Mum says I look like I'm on drugs in them, and Delta is 5' 10" and wears like, 5 inch heels.

This was in 2003, right before the first time I met her.

Jacqui, your pic with Delta from 2006 is soooo beautiful!!!

If she won't come on tour to Europe very soon, I at least hope she will do some instores here to promote her album. I would soooo love to see her live and to meet her like you did!

Haha, I understand about waiting a long time in a heat or freezing cold. When I still lived in Poland, I used to attend some instores of some of my fave Polish artists and once I also attended an autograph session of Gérard Depardieu and especially at the latest, I've been waiting a loooong time too...

I know it's sometimes not funny, hehe, but usually it's worth it if you appreciate the person you are waiting for, right?

But yes, like Barbara said, "Delta" is in a tie with "Innocent Eyes" as my fav. album by Delta Goodrem. No matter how much I tend to listen to "Mistaken Identity", I don't think I'd appreciate it as much as I do the other two

LOL yeah, it is worth it! Makes you soooo tired though haha I was asleep on my feet, this most recent time. I was so exhausted I couldn't think of anything to say. So I was standing there saying nothing and she was doing all the talking LOL.

I love Delta's music! I already have her first two albums, but I still have to buy her third somewhere on internet. Here in the Netherlands they sell her music not much ...

I hope to see her live one time. She just have to come to Europe :-D
