I like it a lot, but not quite sure it would have been a hit. It's part of the OMS from a great movie, "The Bicentennial Man" with Robbin Williams...give it extra credit for that.

I prefer "If walls could talk" from the All the way album. That's my favourite song from that album.

I like the song, both for Celine's vocal performance and the lyrics of the song. When ATW came out, I played it so much. LOL The words are powerful, and Celine's vocals are that much more powerful and really move the song.

 

Whenever someone is in doubt if they like a song, or even if I just want to help someone, I turn to the lyrics of the song. Maybe I send them an email with the lyrics, or a myspace comment or something. Just the lyrics. No title of the song and no mention of Celine. So many people reply back with thanks, and wondering where I found such interesting words. Then when I tell them it's from a song that Celine recorded, they are shocked, and want to listen to it, then they appreciate her more than before.

 

Do the same thing for this song. Just go read the words, alone, with no music or anything playing in the background. It's a powerful love song.

i have mixed feelings towards this song coz it reminds me of a sad event that happened in my life. i still love it though - its so powerful and the way celine sings it gives me goosebumps, even though it makes me cry sometimes too!!

Yes, "Then You Look At Me" is amongst my very favourite Celine songs and I'm truly gutted that we'll probably never get the chance to hear it performed live. I remember loving it instantly when "All The Way" came out and even now almost 10 years later I still adore the song.

I really love this song also don't really like the video though, I think it could have been huge had it have been on Falling Into You perhaps when non-Celine fans started to appreciate her with BYLM. But I must say on the ATW album I absolutely adore... Live for the one I love
