Pirated in Philippines are not made in Philippines, these are imports from China... but we do admit piracy especially in movies are rampant here but when it comes to Celine Dion items, I see to it and make sure it is original and worth it buying for... Here are some tips I can give for you to know that it is pirated or not:1. Check the Spelling of the Words written, usually Pirated CD/VCD/DVD are wrong spelled.2. Usually the catalog is just a cover and no print out details inside and if it is a single CD, it's just a catalog perse with incomplete information. Hope this could help Quote
