Good luck with your new auctions but I have two questions:

 

1) Why do you sell items you got for free?

 

2) I won two of your auctions quite a long ago, send you the money and still don't have the items and you don't reply my messages on eBay...

 

So there's something phishy about it... :S

A lot of things get lost in the mail, the seller cannot possible be held responsable for that... I just sent my 450th package, approximately 10-15 of those have gotten lost on the way, that's not MY fault... after I mail it it's the carrier's responsability...

Of course seller can't be responsible for lost packages (unless they were sent with registered mail) but I was talking about no answers from seller.

 

Now I'm glad I posted it here as only a few minutes after my post here, I got the reply from the seller so it worked well.

 

I sent the money on 5th April, dunno why it should take so long for delivering it within the same coutry.

 

Now I just hope the items will arrive safely.

 

Ach, and about getting them for free - promo flyers are always for free, that's the point of promotion.

But fact is that i got the money 4 days back ( 10.04) which is nothing for me, but quiet a long time for her. Again its her right to ask,

but i would prefer personal contact

The Single Promo flyers which you can get at stores etc. are free, yes but i purchased a lot of them from a ticketshop and i had to pay for shipping which was not cheap, i had to do a lot of phonecalls and visited frankfurt for that!

I will sell some to get my money back and if that works, i have plans do to a little game here at the forum. But to be honest, i dont know what's your problem with that.

Julian, I prefered personal contact too, that's why I sent you a question via eBay messages on 13.04. but as I got no reply to that and I saw you were online here in the forum since than, I started wondering why you're not replying - that's why I asked here.

Now it seems to be all clear.

No harm done.

 

And as for being strict, well, maybe that's what I am because there are sellers out there on eBay who are really sloooooow and that annoys me big time!!! When I promise something to someone and esp. when I ask money for that, I try to send it out as soon as I get the money.

 

I already exparienced 1 or even 2 months waiting time between seller getting my money and the item arriving to me and all that within Germany!

 

So I hope you are not angry but, as you said, I have my right for being strict and as a customer - to require good and prompt service.

I told about those past "problems" as a reason for why I become strict about eBay in general.

I have Costco LongBox - it's quite nice.

 

But Julian... how do I get this Big poster? Do you think it will be available in BERLIN on 12.06?

Taking_Chances, you can get the posters at those little ticket shops in Germany, if you have luck. Not all of them have the posters and also if they have the posters, not all of them are selling them but you can just go from one to the other and ask for the posters and maybe you'll be lucky! You have some relatives in Berlin who can do this for you, right?

Because I think you can only find them now or maybe they are also gone already. I don't think you'll be able to buy any at the concert day, unless they will be selling some posters at the merchandise stand which sounds less possible to me tho'.

It took quite long to arrive but I guess it's because of German postal service being on strike, at least here in the NRW...
