Celine uses a lit of Chanel makeup as well as NARS and a little MAC thrown in there...just on occasion for those deep colors. Shes all about doing her own make-up every single night. CelineFanInSoCal Posted April 19, 2008 at 12:56 AM Posted April 19, 2008 at 12:56 AM Milk of Magnesia is an old makeup tip that helps a lot of folks with oiler skin types to eliminate/absorb oils, which could potentially make your makeup "slide" off your face. I would recommend it for anyone who has oily or acne prone skin. Apply your foundation over the Milk of Magnesia, which will make the whiteness go away, keep your skin's oils from peeking through your makeup and give a nice, matte finish as well. As for her skin looking darker after it's made-up, we all know how fond Celine is of the sun and being tan. Her makeup, for the most part, matches her skin just fine. Look at the photos at the top of the forum... she's using makeup that's been matched to her own tones, which is important for anyone who's going to wear makeup. Also, keep in mind that different parts of our bodies color or tan different than other parts. Your face's color, compared to your chest's color or arms/hands, will always be different. Your skin is different thicknesses in different areas, and most people are using something on their faces... sun screen, SPF, moisturizer, facial scrubs or something, so people's faces have the chance to be different color than compared to the rest of your skin, ESPECIALLY with us lighter-skinned beauties.
