Couple funny things from Shanghai press conference

Above is an Chinese article about the press conference that was held in Shanghai. It says during the Shanghai press conference, there were couple silly/hilarious moments of Celine and Rene. During the press conference, Celine was asked how's the progress of her task of writing a song for the upcoming Shanghai Expo. Celine thought the reporter was asking about the Olympic theme song, so she said how much she hope she could sing the song and stuff. She then found out she had misunderstood the reporter's question, so in order to hide her embarrassment, she pushed the thing to Rene by saying, "There are a lot of things that Rene doesn't tell me about, so why don't we let him answer this question." Rene then explained that they have no plan at the moment in submitting a song for the Shanghai Expo, but if they receive any invitatation, they will be happy to do it.

 

Then later in the press conference, Rene mixed up Celine's birth year, so Celine said "Honey, that's okay. You are still my husband. I love you!" and the media were cracking up.

 

Celine was also asked about her shopping experience the day before, when Celine heard the question, she reacted with shocking facial expression "You followed me! If I knew you would follow me, I would've gone alone secretly." She then admitted that she is a big shopper, no matter what she would still squeeze out time to shop.

 

And as reported in other articles, Celine was also asked about the cancellation of the Beijing concert, and she said "the reasons behind are complicated, and I don't know exactly why, and I am very sorry about that. But I will definitely go back to Beijing one day and have a concert there."
