UK Tickets

Hi all, new to these forums. Even though I have been a big fan of Celine since about 6, I never knew about this forum. But I came across it and thought I must join.

 

I was very excited to hear that Celine was doing a tour here in London. However, recently went on to the OFFICIAL website to buy tickets to find that they have all sold out. However, other ticketing companies are selling them and to my horror, double, three, four, five and six times the original face value price. I was prepared to pay top price for the show but these third party sites are selling the top tickets for as much as £700. Are they allowed to do that? The face value of the top tickets for the 02 is £125.. a bit of a leap.

 

I have waited years and years to be able to see her and now I am put off by the fact that to sit at the front Im going to have pay four or five times the normal ticket cost. I could go for £80 ish but the seat is not that good. Having waited such a long time to see her, i thought I would pay the full price to sit right at the front... but looks like that idea has gone out of the window.

 

Any suggestions welcoming how I can get a ticket at a reasonable price for a very good seat. Anyone else having these problems?

so sorry for your dissapointment, but honetly i would have loved to get front row too, but they run out in a matter of minutes, i logged on to buy tickets soon as they were available and i only got row y, anyway the first rows are usually kept for vip's anyway, so if i was you i would go onto ebay and get the best avaiable for the best price you can, coz believe me david you will have the best time wherever you sit.

I know, I am so excited about her being here. This woman was in my life from the age of 6. My mom and her friends used to have Celine "sessions". I grew up with her and taught myself how to sing from her CDs. Now I am recording my own albums which is a great thing, but knowing that I am finally going to get to see (hopefully) someone who has inspired me.

 

I will jump on to ebay now and take a look. Fingers crossed!!

Fingers crossed for you, David!!! And as someone above said: check this forum as often as you can as there are people selling spare tickets from time to time so you can even be very lucky and get one of the front rows seats here!

Just keep checking all the ticketsitse. They ALWAYS release top seats nearer the time. I've even gotten amazing seats on the day of the concert.
