Celine-Timbaland is such a great mystery. Not one Timba song made it to TCH contrary to massive speculation (even MTV and Rolling Stone were in anticipation) and now, the 2 of them are supposed to be working on something?! What exactly is going on???

Yes I did read that a collaboration with Timbaland will appear on his next "Shock Valu" record this fall......

 

Also, there was much talk about it being for this album, in Celines interview with W magazine late last summer R.Kelly and Timbaland both made very positive statements about celine and timbland said he could make something very 'special' with her........ALSO R.KElly had supposedly wrote two tracks for her...

Oh wonder if it leans to the quality of Surprise Surprise or One Heart . Judged by the fact that One Heart was included on an album and being the title track I guess Let Me Be Your Soldier is even worse than One Heart... Possible???

Maybe the whole R&B flavour will be for Céline's next album. But if there is indeed a Timba-Céline collaboration for his own album, you can be sure that song will also be on Céline's own album. René would never leave a deal like this slip through...

Timbaland had nothing to to with "Let Me Be Your Soldier". It was produced by Brian-Michael Cox, the guy who collaborated with Boobsy Mimi on "We Belong Together".

FYI, I've heard the whole Shock Value 1 album w/c makes me REALLY wonder if Celine and Timba will ever find a common ground. Their styles are SO different from each other. The only track w/c would've suited Celne was "Apologize" and that one was One Republic's OWN creation. Timba just remixed it.
