HELP! about tameceline ticket

I have bought the ticket of Celine's Shanghai concert on tamceline and it'll be hold next Friday, but I still haven't got the membership card. :cry: :cry: :cry: It's said I need show my ticket confirmation e-mail receipt, TeamCeline membership card, photo ID, and the credit card used to purchase the tickets online when pick up the ticket.

What can I do???
