问个比较实际的问题，已经在TC上定好票并且已经信用卡支付完成的，演

早就在TC上定好上海场的票了，曾经发过一个邮件给我，信用卡上的帐也已经划走，现在想问下大家怎么到现场拿票呢？需要带上些什么？我英文不好，EMAIL里大段大段的英文看的我怎么也不明白！

应该是直接到ticket office去拿票就可以了吧，还有要show你的tc membership card，没有的到话拿confirmation email也可以的应该

带齐打印的确认 email， TeamCeline 会员卡，身份证，购票信用卡，当天到票房取。

还没有收到TC卡的可以打印teamceline里面的个人资料那一页。很清楚的说明了，这个可以代替tc卡的。

你肯定没仔细看他的分区和EMAIL

 

内场前区是SECTION FLOOR ARES FRONT ，后区是SECTION FLOOR ARES BACK

 

而TIX发来的确认EMAIL上面写的是SECTION FLOOR ARES FRONT（ODD） ROW 1 SEATS （27）

TeamCeline tickets will be available for pick up starting at 16:00 on the day of the performance at the following location inside the complex of the Shanghai Stadium:

 

Room 1709, 1710, East Asia Building, No. 800 Lingling Road, Xuhui District.

 

(the building has a big Hyundai Sonanta bill board on top of it).

 

Will-call orders will be held at the venue box office the day of event. You must bring your ticket confirmation e-mail receipt, your TeamCeline membership card, photo ID, and the credit card used to purchase the tickets online. Without your photo ID, TeamCeline membership card and either the e-mail receipt or credit card used to purchase the tickets, you may be denied entry to the event and no refund will be issued. No Will Call Name changes are allowed once the order has been placed.

 

**THE PERSON WHOSE NAME APPEARS ON THE WILL-CALL LIST MUST CLAIM THE TICKETS AT THE VENUE. NO NAME CHANGES ARE ALLOWED.**

我给TIX询问了关于没有拿到会员卡的会员领票的问题，他们的答复是这样的，看起来不妙啊。真的打印MY TEAMCELINE的会员页就可以代替？

Below is the World Tour TeamCeline Ticket Pick-Up Policy

 

TeamCeline tickets for the 2008/2009 Taking Chances World Tour will be held at the venue will call for pick-up on the day of the performance. Ticket orders will not be mailed out and the Ticket Fast Print at home tickets option will not be available for TeamCeline tickets. TeamCeline members must present all of the following items to claim their tickets: ticket confirmation e-mail receipt, TeamCeline membership card, photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the tickets. Without all of these items, you may be denied entry to the event and no refund will be issued. No will call name changes are allowed once the order has been placed. The person whose name appears on the will call list must claim the tickets at the venue.

 

THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY

As you know, you must present the following items at the venue box office in order to pick your TeamCeline ticket(s): TeamCeline membership card, photo ID, the credit card used to purchase the tickets and your ticket order confirmation e-mail. Please note, if you have not received your TeamCeline membership card prior to the concert date, you can present a printed copy of 'Your TeamCeline' page as proof of TeamCeline membership. This page will be acceptable proof of membership to pick up tickets for the Taking Chances World Tour. To obtain a copy of this page, simply log onto TeamCeline, click on 'Your TeamCeline' page in the navigation menu, and print out the page.
