Although, I have to say I do not appreciate graffiti as a form of art, the artist did a pretty good job. He (they) also wrote something in Spanish there. Quote

I know this day is almost over here in south Texas but she is still greatly missed to this day. Today pictures and music of her were played all day long in memorial of the queen of tejano. Its nice to see that she is still such a major influence here.
