i have found this one recently but i am not sure what it is. i found it in ebay UK.

can anyone tell me what it is tour from?

No it doesn't.

This is the "D'eux" Tour Program. I'm really dreaming of adding it to my collection. It's a really rare item!

well it's not that rare

Yepp, it's been called "D'eux" tour programm in the Collectior's Guide, although there's no such name anywhere on it, I still believe it was for the French/Québecoise leg of "TCOML" tour.

I have it in my collection so if you need to see the pictures from inside, let me know.

As Davey said, it's actually not that rare, I've seen it many times on eBay.
