celine81 Posted March 30, 2008 at 06:32 PM Posted March 30, 2008 at 06:32 PM Hey guys! Something that has intrigued me!! Humberto ALWAYS records Celine's vocal! Why was he missing from this role for the majority of the album? Do you think it made any difference? Thanks Paul x x Quote Check out my latest recordings. Recovering, Ashes, The Reason & Immortality
tal-sh2 Posted March 30, 2008 at 07:00 PM Posted March 30, 2008 at 07:00 PM I have seen him in the TC song Recording Session and I almost sure he was in more. Quote "These walls keep a secret, That only we know..."http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u287/bambaplanet/G49272_b.jpgSorry for my English.
Shamrock_1982 Posted March 30, 2008 at 07:52 PM Posted March 30, 2008 at 07:52 PM i seen him in a few quick shots also... Quote
celinefanonline Posted March 30, 2008 at 08:16 PM Posted March 30, 2008 at 08:16 PM well he recroded few songs for TC!! Quote Courage don't you dare fail me now!
sayyed Posted March 30, 2008 at 09:33 PM Posted March 30, 2008 at 09:33 PM I may say that without Humberto, though I love his work, Celine sounds way less polished and more fresh and real. I like this. Quote https://soundcloud.com/finnremixes
Legende Posted March 31, 2008 at 12:00 AM Posted March 31, 2008 at 12:00 AM Yeah it's change something : it's better without him! Quote
Prince Whiskers Posted March 31, 2008 at 06:48 AM Posted March 31, 2008 at 06:48 AM I wonder if Rene ever got jealous of him. Quote http://cdn.webecoist.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/modern-pet-solo-blown-glass.jpg
Nando Férri Posted March 31, 2008 at 06:50 AM Posted March 31, 2008 at 06:50 AM I don't know if it's about him but she sounds way better and real in TCH album. It's her best album in years to me. Quote http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m4ejungtQy1r9swpco6_250.gif
Black Kitten Posted March 31, 2008 at 07:15 AM Posted March 31, 2008 at 07:15 AM Humberto's working with celine since Unison i guess, so definitely it's not an issue between Rene & him. and yes, celine's voice is better without him. less polished and raw. Quote
amelie Posted March 31, 2008 at 09:31 AM Posted March 31, 2008 at 09:31 AM (edited) i like the polished one...some songs would definately benefit from a more raw voice but when i hear the recording session of e.g. "The reason i go on" on youtube her voice sounds better than in the album...sooo something MUST have gone wrong with recording the vocals... grobandion Posted March 31, 2008 at 05:41 PM Posted March 31, 2008 at 05:41 PM I agree with amelie, I prefer "humberto's" Celine. I don't think TC is her best album in years, not even close to that. Her work with Humberto is flawless, and I hope the failure of this album force Celine to work with him again.Look at waht hi does for Josh Groban..amazing Holiday album, and the best selling from 2007. I know there's David Foster to thank for that too 1 Quote
