Salut,

 

Je viens sans doute au show du 20 mai à Bercy, mais il n'y a plus d'hotel à proximité, je voulais donc savoir si quelqu'un a déjà été à des spectacles à Bercy, quand on sort du concert, y'a t-il des taxis à notre disposition? Ou à cette heure ci il n'y a plus rien?

pour ma part,j'ai reservèe un hotel pas loin de la Gare de Lyon..juste en face pratiquement..sur le site booking,l'hotel s'appelle "HOTEL CORAIL"

pour deux nuits..du 24 AU 26 MAI,via deux personnes..cela ne fait pas trés cher quand on divise les frais..

Sinon,oui tu trouveras des TAXIS a dispositions en sortant de Bercy ,sinon tu as une ligne de métro qui est juste en face..de la salle.

J'ai reservé un hotel qui pas trop proximité a Bercy mais il y a pas trop loin aussi. Il s'appell Hotel Formule1 et il y a dans le 14eme arrondissement et tu peux aller avec métro a Bercy sans problem.

Le benefit ce que ce hotel est agreable, clean et surtout pas chere - une nuit par person ca fait approx. 25 euros.

Bonne chance avec trouver ta accomodation a Paris!

i'm sorry i don't speak french, but is it possible that there's an english translation for this thread?

i'll be attending celine's concert on 25th may, and i have yet to book any hotels yet.

and i have never been to paris, so i probably need some help just like mon ami amerikevin.

cheapest and nearest hotel to a metro would be good, but within the city?

Hello Zanif! I replied in French because the original message and questions were in French.

 

Anyway, I said that I booked the hotel in 14th district of Paris which is not exactely close to Bercy but in Paris there is no problem to go from one place to another by metro. The hotel is called Formule1, it's a cheap but nice and clean hotels chain in France (and few other countries). The night costs around 25 euro per person, if I remember well, breakfest can be obtained for 3 euro extra per day per person but is not mandatory. I don't remember the hompage address right now but I'm sure you can find in Google.

I stayed in this particular hotel in Paris already and it's really nice - of course it's not a 5* hotel but in my opinion it's more comfortable than staying at backpackers and the price is the same as at backpackers. I'm afraid though that by now the hotel may be sold out... Good luck tho!

Merci pour vos réponses! J'espère qu'il y'a des taxis de disponibles à la sortie du concert, car je ne connais pas Paris et je ne veux pas prendre de métro! Je descends à un hôtel Ibis, qui s'appelle Opéra 11, il est à quelques kilomètres de là. J'assisterais au spectacle du 20 mai. Ca serait cool si d'autres viennent à cette date, qu'on se rencontre, je ne connais pas beaucoup de fans de Celine!

 

Une autre petite question, ma place a pour appelation W 06 03 fauteuil, c'est sur le Bloc W, ca j'ai compris, mais 06, ca veut dire Rang 6, et 03, 3ème siège, c'est ca?? Parce que si j'en juge l'image du plan (je suis ou il y'a l'étoile), je pense que ca pourrait être ca! Je pense être bien placé, sauf qu'on verra pas le sol de la scène lol.

Thanks for your answers. I hope taxis will be availables when the show will be over, because i don't know Paris and I don't want to take the underground! I'm going to a "Ibis" hotel called Opera 11, it's a couple of miles away. I will come to the show on May, 20. It would be cool if others fans who comes at this date, we could meet each other, cause I don't know a lof of others Celine fans!

 

Another question, my place is called W 06 03 fauteuil (=seat). I know it's on the W block, but is 6 does mean Row 6 , and 3 mean 3th seat? Isn't it? because if you take a look on the pictures i received (my place is under the yellow star), I think it should be that.. I think i've a good place, except I won't be able to look the stage floor, lol.

Bercy is a major venue in Paris and you will have absolutely no trouble getting a taxi.

If there aren't any near the venue then you will surely find some at Gare de Lyon which is not far at all.

As for the metro, it is very easy to use and there will be many people there from the concert so it will be safe.

If you're not alone, it might be nice to walk to your hotel (if you find a good map!) It might take you half an hour or more but Paris is a great city for walking. You could follow the river bank till you reach the Louvre and Opera is not far away.

 

I realise walking is not for everybody but, as I said, you will have no trouble finding a taxi.

Yes, I prefer to use taxi, because I will be alone. Nobody around me was enough Celine's fan to pay 205 Euros ;-) So I'm coming by myself!

Moi aussi j'y vais seul à ce concert on m'a traité de fou quand j'ai demandé qui voulait venir avec moi voir céline pour la modeste somme de 205euros ...je serais plus aventurier que vous je prendrais le métro en sortant mais pour aller où je ne sais pas j'ai pas encore trouver d'hotel

I'm trying to reserve the Hotel Claret in Bercy area; it's expensive at 109 to 159 Euro but worth it for my first trip to Europe and my 2nd time seeing Celine in concert. My partner and I are attending the May 27th show and would love to meet fans from France and other countries. Here's the website of Formule1 hotels where you can take a look on/inside it, search for one and of course complete a booking. In the centre of Paris there are 2 of them and than some more in suburbs of Paris and loads of them in entre France.

There are many IBIS hotels in the centre of Paris (and even more in the suburbs).

 

There are some which cost less than 100€. For example, there is one by Montmartre which costs 85€ per room.

However, that might now be fully booked.

 

I'm in the Bercy IBIS which cost 105€ but is worth it for a central Paris hotel and is right near the Bercy arena.

Are any of the Bercy Shows sold out? I was checking Bercy's web site and Radiohead in June seems sold out but Celine not so much. Probably 'cause radiohead's doing just 2 shows and Celine is doing so many more shows than that?

Probably Radiohead has lower ticket prices than Céline...

If the Bercy tickets for Céline concerts would be half as expansive as they are, I guess they would be all sold out by now.

 

So far, I think the May 24th show is sold out, there are only TeamCéline tickets available for this one, right?
