shady pines ma Posted March 25, 2008 at 05:27 AM Posted March 25, 2008 at 05:27 AM Meh, I'm ok with digipaks, but not these slide cases, and it's so sad that they're basically releasing everything in the slide cases now. At least digipaks have a tray to hold the CD in for safer and easier storage and removal. :| Quote http://imageshack.us/m/17/3216/sigqk.jpgchanteuse : the celine dion fanlisting | bella donna | livejournal | tumblr | twitter
dj4celine Posted March 25, 2008 at 09:09 AM Posted March 25, 2008 at 09:09 AM I don't know about other places, but Sony BMG India released the ATW cd and a new DVD a few days ago to mark sales of 75k of the cd here in India and over 10k dvds here. The cd comes in a slip-case with two postcards and on the cover it's written "Special Sales Edition" and on the back its written "75,000 sold" The tracklisting on the cd is the same like the earlier edition01. TPOL02. BATB03. BYLM04. IACBTMN05. Immortality06. TLYM07. MHWGO08. Be The Man (eng)09. IYA10. TTWII11. IFCT12. TFTEISYF13. ATW14. TYLAM15. IWYTNM16. Live But what caught my attention was the dvd. It's funny cos it's packaged in a vcd case and the cover pic is the ANDHC CBS special pic (yeah, the one with the red dress). But the fold outs are beautfiul with 5 pics from the ATW era. The tracklisting is similar to the normal edition (which is a cool 100 INR cheaper ) but the only extra is the IYA video. They have included the in-studio video as a bonus as well. And please dont ask for pics cos I dont have a digital camera and I tried scanning the pics but my scanner's acting funny too. So if anyone else (Rathna especially) can do it, it'd be good. Anyway, it's now confirmed that ATW sold over 75k copies in India One more news: As per RAVE music magazine, SonyBMG India is releasing celine's older catalogues in slip on cases from now on and it'll cost just 299 INR Another special edition release of FIY and LTAL are rumoured to mark the sales of over 150k and 200k respectively Quote
