My computer completely crashed and I have lost my Concert receipt which is one of the 4 peices of proof you need for getting in to the concert. Litsas Posted March 13, 2008 at 12:18 AM Posted March 13, 2008 at 12:18 AM What have been crashed on your computer, did your (C:\) harddisk failed or did you activate some kind of virus? I advice you to go to a computer store, sometimes they have a sort of tool to recover items from a crashed harddisk, maybe they can recover the Concert receipt for you, presuming that it was in your My Documents -folder at the time of the crash, if it was still in your e-mailbox it is easy to recover when using some kind of webmail (like Hotmail, GMail etc.): you can access your webmail account from almost ervery compter with acces to the Internet, if you are using Outlook Express it will not be easy or even possible to recover it! I'm not a TC-member but isn't there a page on their site which says what to do when you lost your Concert Receipt, and isn't it possible to find the Receipt on your Memberpage? The phone number is American or Canadian, maybe you can find more info about it on the TC pages! If you don't find the thing, you have to buy 'normal' tix as soon as possible to get to the concert you want to go to, and that will mean you have to spend extra money and you have to sit on non VIP seats, and it will not be easy to get the TC tix refunded because it is YOUR fault that you lost the receipt! Remember: Always make a print or a backup on CD-Rom of such important things!!!! Hope you will sort it out soon! Quote

You can contact TXT and give them your name and the time you have bought and you email address, but my advice to you is that you have call them personally coz they are not so into the email things(i have tried them) and be assertive. I did save it in my Harddrive but I am unable to recover this. Its mad because on team celine its says you only need Credit Card, ID and your membership card, then you go into the ticket section and it advises email confirmation. It should have a section where you can look at your order but it doesnt. Ill try calling and emailing again Thanks again for your help Quote
