A lot of hardcore Celine fans know who he is but some fans (mostly here in the states) might not venture out to her French music to have been exposed to him. If he was an opening act or something for her tour it would be great exposure in the US. I really think he could do very well here. Garou just has a quality that makes him easily liked. I don't know if it's his smile, beautiful blue eyes or his sweet nature but he truly has something going on for him. Women here would swoon.
