"A New Day..." DVD Workout!

Well... most of us own a copy of Celine's fabulous "A New Day..." DVD, right? I just assume.

 

We all watch the DVD and marvel over Celine's beauty, charisma, and amazingly gorgeous voice. We kick back, relax, and we're entertained by this woman. She is clearly the center of attention throughout everything on the DVD... The show, the meet'n greets, the backstage stuff... But look beyond Celine for a moment. Do you see something else? Yes? The dancers! They're jumping around like there's no tomorrow!

 

But anyway... let me get to the point. I got bored of my own workout routines the other day and I popped my copy of the DVD in and picked a good song where I knew the dancers did a good amount of jumping around. And what did I do? I tried to follow their moves... And if you do it right, at the end of a song, you're all sweaty! It's true! The "A New Day..." DVD is multi-purposed! Try keeping up with those dancers and it's craaazyyy. It's half entertainment and half workout!

 

(Excuse my enthusiasticness. I'm just excited. )

 

Honestly, it's very interesting. Who would've ever though?

We should all pop in our DVDs and give it a try now. And one, and two, and three, and four and... Five, six, seven eight!

Well... that's a useful way to put the DVD to good use. What would you recommend Doc? About 20 minutes a day?

Ahahahaha. Actually, I personally do it 30 mins every day. It's fun!

lol i would love to try it. but u have to be great to do their dance moves cause their steps is no joke. and everytime i see Elija Brown, i really can't take my eyes off of him. he's cute!haha so i doubt i can do it but would love to try.

"I Drove All Night" is m favourite! It's so upbeat. It really gets your body working. I was doing it tonight and I had a little blooper. I landed on my right foot and my ankle buckled and I almost sprained it... Thank goodness I didn't though! I've been dancing to Celine music a lot (since forever ), but only recently began dancing with the AND DVD.

Uh yeah...I can just see my neighbors walking outside thinking there is an earthquake And I would end up spraining both of my ankles if not breaking them...they sprain easily anyway...due to playing years and years of soccer. That would be my luck...

For some reason the gay clubs in Manchester are loving Celine's RDMH- it's becoming her 'gay' signature song here- all I can do is the click-the-fingers move at 'Celine' when all the dancers surround her. I love it. my Dad puts on the DVD to work out to- very amusing- he says' "how the **** do they do that?" in IDAN

i do this all the time just put on the songs and dance around like crazy attempting the moves hahah! with success i am sure!

I make sure no one is in though and my blinds are shut hahahaha! or my neighbours r going to think i am crazy!! hahahahaha

but R.D.M.H has to be my favourite! - i can mime and dance along like i am her hahahahahahah (so sad)
