Can you Believe This?

The Sensational fragrance is now availible at the boutique at Celinedion.com., and when I made my purchase this morning, I could only buy the fragrances instead of the body lotion. When the lotion was in my cart, I was not allowed to move onto the next step of the order confirmation process. I was very pissed off about this, and still am as of right now. If there are shipping restrictions on an item, why sell it?

 

Does anybody else have this problem? If so, you are invited to share your frustration. If what happened to me is intentional, I plan on complaining about it. I have been a Celine Dion Parfums fan for 5 years, and whatever comes out, I must have it.

I haven't ordered it yet, but I plan to soon. I hope they fix it asap, because this is simply and straight-up dumb.

This is not the first time this has happened. I planned on ordering some fragrance stuff for Christmas, and they refused to let me move on because I had lotion and the body scrub in my cart. When it comes to wanting to buy any of the body lotions, they refuse to let me move. I can only buy the perfumes. Also, on Christmas morning, my copy of Celine's A NEW DAY DVD only came with one DVD instead of two, and I was very upset about it. I bought another copy, and gave the copy I got for Christmas to my Japanese penpal in Osaka, who loves Celine too and is going to see Celine in mid March. If anyone else has had that same experience in having trouble buying the lotion, how did you manage to get through?

 

 

I get a message saying "We are not able to find the proper shipping method for your address. Please enter a valid address and try again." That immediately pissed me off. I cannot buy the lotions in Canada, and I had to go to Honolulu, Hawaii, last year in order to get the Enchanting Body lotion. In Canada, you can only buy the fragrances. We used to be able to get both the lotion and shower gel, which were imported from Europe. I doubt the Sensational body lotion will come to Canada, and I really don't know when my next trip to the U.S., will be.

 

Right now, whomever runs the online Celine boutique are a bunch of ****ing retards [excuse my language because I'm furious right now]. If this continues, I plan on complaining about it, and I'm not going to be nice about it either!

that really is weird....and you are insane however for going to Honolulu just to buy the Enchanting body lotion lol....you could have easily ordered it on ebay, or amazon, or from macys.com or something lol

It's not out anywhere in stores except for the U.K.
