Can anyone recommend a Celine Dion fan club.

Me being a fairly new fan of Celine Dion amazing music is there anyone who can recommend a fan club in the united kingdom if possible which i might be able to join.The other thing is I would like to try collect is every single cd and dvd album collection any rare ones she may of done,Is there an archive or can some make list suggest a contact all very helpful{I only have a handful of video collection } from the past.
