Me and my mum were watching the BRITS the other night an award show in the UK incase you didnt know and paul McCartney was on it, and my mum told me that he was worth 865 million which is alot of moneyy!! and i was wondering how much celine is worth more or less because i feel that she has done alot more than Paul McCartney?? correct me if im wrong! sorry if uve discussed this topic before? She will not be worth anywhere close to what Paul Mccartney is worth, the beatles are the most succesful recording artists of all time plus his solo career has spanned decades, he makes a fortune from touring, and even more from back dated song writing credits etc. Celine doesnt write her own music so is reliant mainly on touring these days and some from her record sales. She will be worth a lot thanks to a new day but not close to mccartney. However Rene must get a sizeable portion of the revenue from celines career so if you add in his worth, they will be loaded!

Pul Mccartney doesn't make much money from the beatles. Beatles profit is split 4 ways, Celines is just for her. JohnLennon wrote most beatles songs (good ones anyway) so his family get his royalties. Paul mccartney doesnt even own any rights to beatles songs, Wacko Jacko ownes half of them. so I don't think Celine would be too far behind him

Last I heard, $300MM, she made a lot in Vegas but I'm sure Rene left a lot on the tables and she gives a lot to charity so I don't think she's in the billion dollar club. Oprah is only worth a little more than a billion and she has a lot more business ventures going on than Celine does.

reviewed and corrected calculations, Celine is worth well over $800 million already.

True. The $800 million status was, I think, two years ago. I remember hearing Celine earned somewhere along the lines of $200 million during the Vegas gig, which can technically mean she's a billionaire by now. But that's just right off the bat.

Mmm... Not EVER, but in entertainment, yes. She is in top five and at this moment and should be placing third right after Oprah and J.K. Rowling, if my calculations are correct. Oprah has somewhere along $1.5+ billion, J.K. Rowling has around 1.3 billion and Celine probably has somewhere along the lines of $1 billion.

she's nowhere NEAR 1 billion. are you kidding me? You can't make calculations in your head based on random figures you read. Like these ppl probably read that the "a new day" show grossed 400 million so they just assume that all that 400 million went straight to celine's pocket and added onto her existing fortune (among other out of nowhere calculations such as album sales and perfume, etc.)

celine is more likely around 250 million based on the forbes list which compiles not only the richest celebs but the richest billionaires of the world

 

there's no way celine is even close to women like oprah and martha stewart

hey people come down! It doesn't matter how much money Celine has --- what really matters is the person she is, the person we all admire by her actions, by what she is and NOT by what she has.

Yes she is rich, super rich, doesn't matter 500 million or 1 billion... it is still A LOT of money, beaucoup d'argent lol - and she worked for it, she deserves it, she helps her mother, some members of her family, she is generous she helps people in need --- and she is not a product
