TRIGO is on the Japanese version of the album and is only available as a pre-order track from iTunes. MTMH is on the Japanese version as well and a non pre-order bonus iTunes track. grobandion is absolutely right. they should've released that in all versions. or if they were only allowed to put 16 songs in it, i wish they have released the 2 songs and replace ND and ASFY.
