Students in grades 5 to 11 from all over the province can participate. The grand prize is a 2-night stay in Quebec city and two passes to Quebec City's 400th birthday celebrations concert on August 22, 2008 where Celine is scheduled to perform!! 'il' has so many loops in it! but that was easy to figure out what it was cos 'y a..' came after'inscris' was a tough one to read, but another member from québec made that easier. Quote
