Don't you just love it when you are out and you hear random people listening to Celine or you're in a store and a song plays. I just love it! The mall that I work at, the music store there plays Taking Chances at least twice durning my shift! Then yesterday the mall was having a community event going on and while everyone was gathering there they were playing the Taking Chances album, one track after another they made it to A New Dawn before the even started. I was so excited hahaha blew me away!!

Not really. I just don't need other people to like Celine or listen to her. I also don't care if radio stations play her music or not. I love her and her music, that's all I need

omg YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! last sunday i was freaking screaming and singing when i saw that they had Celine's A New Day DVD at Spec's!!!!! I got even more excited whn I saw the cashier guys singing to To Love You More and other people as well in the store.

well i wonder if any celine fans here in the uk have ever been walking in the street and all of a sudden hear a car go by playing celine full blast....WITH THE WINDOWS DOWN LOL

Thats all i ever do with TC, Alone, SOL, SS, AWTBI, FA, TRIGO and MTMH hahahahahaha so i know im doing my bit to shock and surprise people with celines new sound

I love it too! I think for Celine's music has turned into a public fixture. She's a household name, so her music, both old and new, being played in public areas is pretty awesome. Those tracks, along with the radio plays ARE important. Without mass public appeal, an artist would no longer continue to record.

 

My local grocery store [Von's, here in California], plays "I'm Alive" on a regular basis as of late.

The Walgreens Pharmacy plays "Taking Chances", too.

 

I almost stop what I'm doing and plant myself under a speaker in the store that I'm in when I hear it and start jamming. LOL

 

And yeah, I do listen to her music in the car, windows down, sound way up... driving is more fun that way!

its cool when i hear Celine's songs & i'm not the one playing it.

the mall where my mom works always plays Celine's songs...for Christmas they constantly play These Are Special Times and since Taking Chances came out, she said they played it right through January. I think they cut back a bit now lol.

i love it when the record shops here plays her music. right now, most record bars play 'ALONE' since this song is pretty huge here. and everytime i see people buying her cds, for some reason, it makes me happy.

Ha! Just yesterday I was grocery shopping, I wait until my husband gets home- that way I can go without the kids...it's relaxing- anyway... I usually listen to my iPod. I forgot it this time! halfway through- I actually heard "A New Day" playing- thank you Super Stop N Shop!!

Thats me right there! ive made an mp3 cd of celine's albums, ive worked my way through live a paris, unsion, 1 fille 4 types, colour of my love, at the moment its taking chances!

Yeah! Whenever I hear Celine songs played or a person singing a Celine song , I feel so very happy.

 

 

That's why, if i use a computer in where I'm working, I don't close the Celine website windows when I'm done so that other people will all see it. Hehehe.

I'm so proud of Céline, when I hear her songs on the radio, or see it in the TV! It's always like... "Shut up guys...It's Céline, my faaaaaav.singer!!! And than...I have to say the reason, why I love her... It's a ritual thing..
