Alex_Incognito Posted February 2, 2008 at 01:24 AM Posted February 2, 2008 at 01:24 AM Unfortunately I cannot see Celine in Milwaukee this September because I have an internship in France at the time. Does anyone know if it's possible to sell your TC ticket, or are you just screwed if you can't go? I hope not~! But i imagine so. Quote "People pay 20-25 dollars to see you."- Céline Dion, 1990
superstarleash Posted February 2, 2008 at 06:47 AM Posted February 2, 2008 at 06:47 AM Because you have to show ID and such, all you could probably do is to arrange to meet the buyer on the day to do the exchange. Quote http://www.celinerific.com/Signatures/ThinkSig.jpg

Thomas Posted February 2, 2008 at 09:34 AM Posted February 2, 2008 at 09:34 AM I think TC tickets have no option other than Willcall, or am I mistaken? Because you have to buy TC tickets through teamceline.com's own checkout which doesn't offer postage. When I bought my tickets I got this e-mail: You must bring your confirmation e-mail receipt, picture ID, and credit card used to purchase the tickets online. Without your picture ID and either the e-mail receipt or credit card used to purchase the tickets, you may be denied entry to the event and no refund will be issued. No Will Call Name changes are allowed once the order has been placed. **THE PERSON WHOSE NAME APPEARS ON THE WILL-CALL LIST MUST CLAIM THE TICKETS AT THE VENUE. NO NAME CHANGES ARE ALLOWED.** PLEASE FILE THIS CONFIRMATION IN A SAFE PLACE. THIS CONFIRMATION IS YOUR RECEIPT FOR THIS TRANSACTION. IF YOU HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE QUESTIONS PLEASE REPLY TO THIS EMAIL OR SEND AN EMAIL TO TIX@MUSICTODAY.COM AND INCLUDE YOUR ORDER #, YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS, YOUR NAME, AND THE NAME AND DATE OF THE EVENT. Tickets will be held for you at the venue box office the day of the event. You must bring your confirmation e-mail receipt, picture ID, and credit card used to purchase the tickets online. Without your picture ID and either the e-mail receipt or credit card used to purchase the tickets, you may be denied entry to the event and no refund will be issued. So yeah, the only way would be to collect the tickets and then meet up with a buyer outside. Alex_Incognito Posted February 2, 2008 at 03:37 PM Author Posted February 2, 2008 at 03:37 PM Thanks, everyone. I'll be on a plane to France the day before the concert, so a meet up is sadly out of the question. There were no delivery options, only will call. I think their idea of using will call was ridiculous. The odds of something happening to many people are very good, since these were sold a year in advance. At least I got a ticket to Montreal. augusto Posted February 2, 2008 at 08:15 PM Posted February 2, 2008 at 08:15 PM I think you can sell it using ticketmaster... I don't know, but when I log in the ticketmaster site, it offers me the possibility to sell my tickets... Alex_Incognito Posted February 2, 2008 at 08:29 PM Author Posted February 2, 2008 at 08:29 PM Ticketmaster just informed me that I am basically screwed. Team Celine sucks. I doubt they like the fact of "sold out" events having open seats for this reason alone. Quote "People pay 20-25 dollars to see you."- Céline Dion, 1990
Annalicious Posted February 3, 2008 at 03:22 AM Posted February 3, 2008 at 03:22 AM You can buy insurance through Ticketmaster. It costs I think like $6 per ticket and one of the covered reasons is that you cannot make the show due to work reasons. If your employer in France will write you a letter to confirm you are going when you are due to a work requirement you can at least get a refund of what you paid. Quote
Bellamy Posted February 3, 2008 at 05:06 AM Posted February 3, 2008 at 05:06 AM But you must buy the insurance in several days. After that, you can't buy it any more. Quote Please support the forum by ordering everything through our special Amazon.com link Click here. Thank you!
Koolan Posted February 3, 2008 at 05:07 AM Posted February 3, 2008 at 05:07 AM Hmmm, I had the option to print out the tickets I ordered through TeamCeline and I was able to change from will call to ticketfast for another set of tickets. Try calling them again. Quote Please support the forum by ordering through our Amazon.com referral link below. Click here to go to the Amazon homepage.
Alex_Incognito Posted February 3, 2008 at 05:58 AM Author Posted February 3, 2008 at 05:58 AM I don't even see the insurance option. Even after searching. Where might I find it? Quote "People pay 20-25 dollars to see you."- Céline Dion, 1990

Bellamy Posted February 4, 2008 at 03:59 AM Posted February 4, 2008 at 03:59 AM You bought it within 10 days? I'm a little confused about this term.Satisfaction Guarantee:Within 10 days of purchasing the Event Ticket Insurance, Access America will process a full refund of premium to you, as long as you have not already attended your event ("trip") or filed a claim. No refunds shall be paid to you after 10 days of purchasing the product. Quote Please support the forum by ordering everything through our special Amazon.com link Click here. Thank you!
Annalicious Posted February 4, 2008 at 04:45 AM Posted February 4, 2008 at 04:45 AM That means you can cancel your insurance policy within 10 days of buying it. Quote
vroni Posted November 30, 2008 at 07:45 PM Posted November 30, 2008 at 07:45 PM hey guys me and a friend of mine have the possibility of getting really good tickets for the show in quebec on feb 9th. the only problem is that they are on will call - the seller would give us a copy of his ID and a letter, do you think that could work? j411celine Posted November 30, 2008 at 08:24 PM Posted November 30, 2008 at 08:24 PM Hi I had this problem too w/ Team Celine tickets-I was going to give them to someone because you can't sell them because I got better seats. I was lucky enough to get a refund on them because the concert was canceled. I think that is the only way you can get money for them (unless you sell them to someone after picking them up at will call). Quote

Actually u can pick up the ticket days before the concert, i did that in Vegas, my concert was on Sunday and i picked up my ticket on thursday with a problem and they didn't ask me for a TeamCeline ID...
