Is it at all possible to sell TeamCeline tickets?

Unfortunately I cannot see Celine in Milwaukee this September because I have an internship in France at the time.

 

Does anyone know if it's possible to sell your TC ticket, or are you just screwed if you can't go? I hope not~! But i imagine so.

Because you have to show ID and such, all you could probably do is to arrange to meet the buyer on the day to do the exchange.

I think TC tickets have no option other than Willcall, or am I mistaken? Because you have to buy TC tickets through teamceline.com's own checkout which doesn't offer postage. When I bought my tickets I got this e-mail:

 

You must bring your confirmation e-mail receipt, picture ID, and credit card used to purchase the tickets online. Without your picture ID and either the e-mail receipt or credit card used to purchase the tickets, you may be denied entry to the event and no refund will be issued. No Will Call Name changes are allowed once the order has been placed.

So yeah, the only way would be to collect the tickets and then meet up with a buyer outside.

There were no delivery options, only will call. I think their idea of using will call was ridiculous. The odds of something happening to many people are very good, since these were sold a year in advance.

 

At least I got a ticket to Montreal.

I think you can sell it using ticketmaster... I don't know, but when I log in the ticketmaster site, it offers me the possibility to sell my tickets...

Ticketmaster just informed me that I am basically screwed. Team Celine sucks. I doubt they like the fact of "sold out" events having open seats for this reason alone.

You can buy insurance through Ticketmaster. It costs I think like $6 per ticket and one of the covered reasons is that you cannot make the show due to work reasons. If your employer in France will write you a letter to confirm you are going when you are due to a work requirement you can at least get a refund of what you paid.

But you must buy the insurance in several days. After that, you can't buy it any more.

Hmmm, I had the option to print out the tickets I ordered through TeamCeline and I was able to change from will call to ticketfast for another set of tickets. Try calling them again.

me and a friend of mine have the possibility of getting really good tickets for the show in quebec on feb 9th. the only problem is that they are on will call - the seller would give us a copy of his ID and a letter, do you think that could work?

Hi I had this problem too w/ Team Celine tickets-I was going to give them to someone because you can't sell them because I got better seats. I was lucky enough to get a refund on them because the concert was canceled. I think that is the only way you can get money for them (unless you sell them to someone after picking them up at will call).

Actually u can pick up the ticket days before the concert, i did that in Vegas, my concert was on Sunday and i picked up my ticket on thursday with a problem and they didn't ask me for a TeamCeline ID...
