Disc 1 would be the never released "La dernière de Céline" full 1999 New Year's Eve concert. Disc 2 would be the final "A new day..." show. We all know these have been recorded. (i mean the whole concert) with the pre show and the entire concert!!! also backstage stuff!!! well it's just my dream... It includes the Notre Dame De Paris bit. Unfortunately it is in black and white because it was originally recorded on a French VHS which wasn't colour compatible with UK VHS it seems.If I ever work out how to do it I could try to put it in digital format and post it?However, I'm sure better quality versions exist...?Well, the offer stands... tonybower Posted January 31, 2008 at 05:42 PM Posted January 31, 2008 at 05:42 PM I love the concert but there were definitely some technical problems throughtout the show.Celine's voice was in great shape (just watch All By Myself, Ce n'eatit qu'un reve, Le Blues du businessman etc etc) but I can understand why they released Au Coeur Du Stade. If that DVD hadn't happened, they might have released The Millenium show. At certain points you can tell by Celine's face that she isn't happy with the sound; during one song her sound pack falls off, during S'il suffisait d'aimer she can't hear herself and looks very unhappy about it.This of course, is not her fault so if she was unhappy with the finished result it is understandable.Nevertheless, it was one pretty outstanding performance, in spite of all the troubles.Celine exceeded expectations once again! I think it's my favourite performance of this song. I also like when she sings Le Blues with Bruno Pelletier.I would absolutely love it if she sings it when she comes to France in May. Enough is enough with the "Memphis"concert that is supposed to be realeased soon. I just hope they will make a DVD with the Taking Chances Wolrd tour, because Celine isn't coming to my country...even worst, she is not even coming to Latin America at all. Quote
