Bellamy is right, unless you know someone on the staff, your chances of getting one are slim. You just have to be lucky. I didn't ask for one, it was offered to me. And I can't reveal the name(s) of the staff member(s) either, I don't do that. It wouldn't be fair to them for all these fans to be bothering them asking them for a tour, you know?
