American Idol’s teen pop sensation Sanjaya Malakar posted a Valentine’s Day message on dazeoffire:

 

 

Hello Everyone,

I hope that you all have a safe, romantic, wonderful Valentines day. I’m not gonna be doing anything special. I’ve been in Seattle for the past week or so. I’m working in a local studio on a couple songs. They’re coming along nicely so I feel very confident that my message and sound will come across. I want my music to be all me, so that’s what I’m injecting into all the songs that I’m working on. I think that you’ll be pleasantly surprised when the album comes out. Unfortunately I’m not sure of a date quite yet but I’ll definitely keep you posted. I hope you are all staying true to yourselves and thriving to educate yourself to be a leader. We need as many great ones in this world as possible. Just a few little Valentines Day words of wisdom to leave you with. Try to view the world as positively as possible. It makes life a lot more fun.

It's American Idol season again and that means, it's also Sanjaya season.

now where is the album that's supposed to outsell Jordin Sparks' debut album, which as of this point sold nearly 1M in america?

Well uhmmm.... it hasn't been released yet. hehehe. Well, seriously, I don't know if there's really gonna be an international album. for Sanjaya. I hope he does so that I have the time still to prove to you that his album will outsell Jordin's. hehehe.

I just found out he just released a book and an album. The bad news is, the album contains only 5 songs. So I don't think it will outsell jordin's album but it's still posiible though.

well, there's always a possibility. I hope Sanjaya will appear as a guest in American idol, promoting his book and his album.

Hmmm... not when i get extra money. but 100 is too much unless i'm too rich. hehehe. I'm still saving money for Celine Dion: For Keeps cos it's kinda expensive.

 

Anyway, the Sanjaya book got good reviews.

"An awesome read! I have made it a point to follow this aspiring career from its beginnings on Idol and I am still amazed by the depth of talent Sanjaya continues to show. The book is absolutely awesome. It is funny, and detailed and soooo very human. As an author and soon to be screenplay writer (who really thinks a movie should be in this kid's future) I was thoroughly impressed with the honesty, self reflection and emotional impact of the read. February 19, 2009: this book startes out with the Performance that made this young man a pop icon and household name,he goes into detail what happens behind the scenes of America's Biggest show and how much WORK is put into making good t.v. he also tells of his upbringing, and how he felt about once a shy kid from seattle to a KNOWN name around the world, Pretty much growing up infront of America ,

Even if you dont watch Idol or Admit you do, Everyone who owns a tv, newspaper or computer would KNOW about sanjaya , now he 's telling his story,

I enjoyed reading how it was a long process to Audtion,the drama of hollywood week,top 24,top 12 & the rollercoaster Idol ride that is still continueing for this young man.

this book is enlightening by opening eyes how a TV show works, and how/why people are protrayed as they are & how veiwers get attached to a Performer.its also funny, intellegent, I found my self laughing outloud with sanjaya's sharp witt,I got from just reading this book that the Author is Geniunely humble, sweet, funny, & intellegent all from reading this book,I recommend this book to fans,nonfans, Young & old everyone will connect with this young Author and his fanstic story.

and for those who like pictures sanjaya provides color NEVER seen pictures, with the likes of Tony bennett,joe perry & fans.

also an endearing touch is notes through out the book from his Idol Pals about sanjaya & being on Idol."
