Many of you know Florida is an amazing place to be... plus Celine has... or will have a house there.

Anyhoo... A bunch of my friends are jetting off to Florida in April to tan in the sun and go to Disney World... and yet I... yes I... Poor ole' E! is stuck in the Great White North, preferrably for the rest of my life. I haven't been anywhere for five years, and it doesn't look like I'll be going very far for the next VERY VERY long time.

 

Just thought I'd get that thought off my chest, because I'd love more than anything to dance with Donald Duck.

 

You know... come to think of it, I've never been on the East side of Canada... ever. I've only gone as far as Montreal, and that's it. Maybe I need to plan a roadtrip sometime soon...

Yup. On Jupiter Island. I've been past it.

We had to drive down that road coming back from a visit to the Jupiter Lighthouse and the Blowing Rocks Preserve on Jupiter Island. We got stuck behind a SLOW truck and we were joking "How funny if it's going to Celine's house?" And it did. You can't see much in the video but that's the road Celine lives on! Beach Road.

 

Here are some Jupiter Lighthouse pics... it's right near to Jupiter Island (about 1/4 mile south of South Beach Road)... so I'm sure Celine will pay a visit there at some point with RC cos it's just so cool to go up there and see the awesome views of Jupiter and West Palm off in the distance. The tour guides actually mention Celine when they tell you about the residents of Jupiter Island.

Oh dear E! I'm sorry that you can't go to Florida with your friends this time. I'm sure at some point you'll get to go down there. I thought that when you were born in Canada it was your birthright to get life annual roundtrip tickets to Florida?

 

I've been there once and also to Disneyworld. It's nice but think of the bad things you will be missing like:

Possible hurricanes (although April is not that season)...Palmetto bugs (basically flying roaches )...Lots of alligators

ready for some new things to munch on...High humidity....Lots of old fogies (careful with your jokes here)... People that can't drive.
