Canada is producing a one-hour "True Hollywood Story" on Celine that is scheduled to air in the spring or summer 2008. The producers assured me that the network is moving away from the days when that series focused on scandal, and is now aiming to present a more well-rounded portryal of its celebs. Celine was asked to participate, but did not have time, since she headed off on vacation Sunday, January 13, and will be AWOL until the tour launches in mid-February. David Foster will appear, along with her Vegas choreographer and Jenna Glatzer, the woman who wrote the narrative for "For Keeps." I also had the pleasure of being interviewed for the show as the Billboard rep and the questions were very thorough, covering the beginning of her English career through the present. My interview lasted almost two hours! The producer was very respectful and did not try to encourage anything negative or salacious. I found that encouraging.
