The ideal candidate should be well rounded in areas such as technical aptitude, team orientation, leadership, customer service and people skills, and positive attitude"I just copied and pasted it from the nomination form, my director filled out. Thanks all for your congratulations! It really was an honor to just be nominated specially after hearing everyone else's brief nomination summaries I felt I didn't have a chance at all! I really must be gay if I surround myself with lots of girlfriends Just an update, this award has two additional levels. Since I won the Nebraska chapter, I now compete with other areas in my region. If by some miracle, I beat out those people I will then become the Central Region Analyst of the Year and will got Dallas, TX in March to compete for Global Analyst(it includes Canada too)... But quite frankly, the fact I got this far is good enough for me. I have a phone interview this Thursday with the judges who will decide who wins the Regional one and a week later they will announce that. Thanks again everybody! Quote
