Platinium VS Gold

I know that i am posting topics like crazy to solve my problem , but I want to ask those who bought the tickets through Teamceline this question:

 

What was the class of your ticket coz I have purchased platinium and the confirmation email was like this

 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Celine Dion, FESTIVAL SPORTS CITY

Number of tickets: 2,

Golden Circle All Ages

Ticket Delivery: Will Call

 

I am emailing them every day about this problem but a miracle happened today and the answer was this:

 

 

"As previously been explained to you several times before, You are offered the next best available seats in that price level. Online ticket sales do not allow for specific selection of seats. Only the Fan Club ticket system has access to your order until the day of the show. The box office will tell you they don't have the order and they will be correct for now. The promoter will bring the Fan Club list of orders to the box office the day of the show.

You had the opportunity to provide the "will call" name while placing the order. No name changes are allowed.

What the heck is the next available seats?? It is an open word ,do not you think??

That is such an unblelievably rude letter

 

I remeber reading somewhere on the ticket sellers site that for example "If category 1 is not available then the next best available seat will be allocated to you".

 

I had this with Vegas.com for AND - They said I would have a First MEZ ticket but actually got the last row in Second MEZ

I do not know what is wrong with those people , it is mentioned on the site that we are going to have the platinium why on earth they change that.

 

Did anybody buy through this site and get the same golden categry for the platinium??
