Windows Vista's First Year on the Market

Wow! Very productive feedback! I didn't realize they were so many other computer geeks on the forum. But like many of you said, the only two main problems with Vista are compatibility issues, and RAM usage. Hopefully the problems will be fixed with SP1. Kinda odd that they worked five years on Vista and it still has these issues.

All in all, Vista is the most technologically advanced OS to date.

So, we should give it a bit of kudos for working at all on the first release.

I absolutely love the look of Vista, but honestly it crashes quite often. It's like if I have too many windows open, or open something too fast it crashes. I didn't experience problems when I first got it at the beginning of the year, but the last few months have gotten worse. I still like it but just hope they can refine it a bit more.

I like it, but it has a few kinks to work out. I had to download something just to get the mouse to roll down the screen.

I'm sticking to XP Pro till they clear out the probs or come out with SP1

Rumor has it that SP3 is gonna be released some time in the first half of this year... hopefully we can expect it to be released soon.
