canadachick Posted December 17, 2007 at 02:55 PM Posted December 17, 2007 at 02:55 PM I know I might be late in asking this, but what happened to Celine's former percussionist, Paul Picard? In between me seeing her he disappeared and was replaced. It's sort of sad to me and I was wondering if anyone knew where he went. He'd have to be crazy to quit working with Celine! WendyB Posted December 17, 2007 at 03:08 PM Posted December 17, 2007 at 03:08 PM Someone previously posted that he left the show in March 2006 - he certainly wasn't there in April 2006 when I saw the show. Maybe he couldn't extend his contract when they announced the extra year because he was already committed to something else?? Quote
Davey84 Posted December 17, 2007 at 03:09 PM Posted December 17, 2007 at 03:09 PM I also heard that once céline would go on tour again, he'd be part of the band... CSCfan Posted December 18, 2007 at 11:42 PM Posted December 18, 2007 at 11:42 PM (edited) Unfortunately he's busy with his own projects in Montreal....and he definately won't be joining the band on the world tour. Nanette will instead join them. I'm fine with it....Nanette is a kick-#ss player and is a great addition to the band! People seemed to cheer more for her when Celine was introducing her band than for any other member during these last few shows. Quote
