Very different artists. Different styles. It's very silly to compare. But if I have to, it's Celine "all the way" of course. On another note, I honestly don't understand why Alicia Keys is doing so well. In my opinion, I think a lot of her success stems from the fact that she writes her own music and plays the piano. Many people think it's "amazing" and somehow force themselves to like her songs. "No One" is catchy, don't get me wrong. But a simple party-type song to me. I can't comprehend why it's doing so well. That and the album. I dislike Alicia's voice. I'm accepting to the fact that there are people out there that dislike Celine's voice. Why, I'll never understand, but that's life. I believe that a lot of the Celine-haters deep down know she's damn good, though (which feeds into their strange need to continue to hate her). Unfortunately, Celine gets a lot of flack at times because she doesn't write her own songs. I don't think that's fair at all. She was meant to sing. Now comparing voices, that's a different story. Celine's voice is far greater than Alicia's voice will ever be. In my opinion, that's a compelling fact that anyone has to admit to. Quote
