What songs shold have been released as singles in the past?

i was listening to the One Heart album and it occured to me that there were so many good songs on that album that could have been hits instead of the songs that were released.

 

I say the following songs should have been released as singles to at least radio:

 

Ain't Gonna Look The Other Way from from A New Day...Live in Las Vegas outside the U.S.A

 

Reveal from One Heart Worldwide

Naked from One Heart Worldwide

Love is all we Need from One Heart instead of One Heart outside the U.S.A

in any sequene

 

I Surrender from A New Day Has Come as a follow up to I'm Alive

Right In Front Of You from A New Day Has Come instead of Goodbye's (The Saddest Word)

[there are a few gems on ANDHC that should have been released. One Heart should have been released 6-8 months later than it was to let these songs at least have a chance)

 

If Walls Could Talk from All The Way...A Decade of Song

 

Another Year Has Gone By from These Are Special Times

 

Us from Lets Talk About Love (just cause its my all time favorite song)

 

Most of the mistakes made seem to be since her comeback, what is going on at Sony? Some of the best songs ever recorded were/are staring them in the face from One Heart, A New Day Has Come and now Taking Chances. Notice how since the Sony BMG merger all the former BMG artists get the most promotion and the most support?

I love all the selections they put out until 1998.

 

A Christmas song should have been released from "These Are Special Times".

"If Walls Could Talk" should have definitely been the follow-up to TTWIS.

"I Surrender" should have been the third single from ANDHC, followed by "When The Wrong One Loves You Right", and then HYEBIL; then shelve OH and release it in 2004 with IDAN as leadoff single, then "Faith" and " I Know What Love Is"

"A Cause" would have been a better second single from D'Elles than "Immensité" even though I love that song.

Now, if "Fade Away" is never released, I will be fuming.

" The Reason"
