Well , to make a long story short ,I want you to read this Email I have sent to them. "Hi, I have bought two tickets through teamceline for Dubai March the 3rd for 1011 AED (Emirate Dirham) for each(10%discount included), and I have got the golden tickets. I am surprised that after they open the selling for the public, they sell the golden one for 660 AED and the platinum for 980AED. I do not care about the difference in prices but I care that I want to be in the front seats although I have purchased them for a higher price than the platinum one. If this what is happening , I want my tickets to be upgraded to the platinum level." I do not know what to do besides no response I have received.. Quote

I called them exactly 3 times( 7 emails )and I have told the last stupid guy that I have tried twice before and it did not help ........guess what !! He said 'We do not have any discrimination between customers' I know exactly from his tone of voice what he means by that. Well ..I feel that I am f***** and I have to live with that and I should not have rushed and be a Team Celine piece of **** and I have to arrange my flight and accommodation and be absent from job for a consert that I do not know which seat I m going to take (if there is a seat) and have a merry nightmare ABADI .
