I remember the first time I heard Céline's new french song on the radio, it was in late August 1998. After "D'Eux" and "Falling Into You", my expectations were high and I was very disappointed with the song. I didn't like what it tells, didn't like its sound, didn't like the music, didn't like the choir at the end. More than fifteen years later, I didn't really change my mind. It is a minor song, it should not have the lead single for this album. I remember seeing some months later in a french documentary TV show (Envoyé Spécial) the live version of the song taped in Montréal and saying myself the song needed a pre-recorded choir track, because the backsingers sounded poor by themselves. Anyway, in spite of the fact I am not fond of it, I would have been happy to have it in concert after that, from time to time ! Quote
